The new Chevy Blazer has done well around Chickasha since it was brought back to the market in 2019. Over the past few years, Chevy has improved this two-row SUV to help it meet high expectations. At Classic Lawton Chevrolet, we're proud to offer the 2024 Blazer to our local customers, and we're pleased that the company has made a few upgrades to it.
First, the Blazer is now available in a stunning shade of blue called Riptide Blue Metallic. This color stands out, so it might be an intriguing option.
Also, Chevrolet has given the Blazer heated front seats as a standard component. Previously, those kinds of seats were only available in higher trims. With heating elements integrated directly into the seats, you and your front passenger can stay more comfortable when the temperatures drop in the winter near Norman. The new Blazer also has heated rear outboard seats and a heated steering wheel.
Chevy has yet to make any other significant changes to the Blazer. It continues to come standard with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that can pump out 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. If you'd like more power as you drive around Oklahoma City, upgrade to a Blazer with a 308-horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 engine that makes 270 pound-feet of torque.
The Blazer can treat you to advanced technology on Lawton area roads. Its digital instrument cluster can measure eight inches, and its 10.2-inch touchscreen features Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and SiriusXM®. It can be set up with navigation as well. Plus, this SUV can warn you about safety concerns and help you correct steering and braking in some situations.
